This natural rubber mattress is made of 100% natural rubber from pure rubber tree sap, processed without toxic chemicals on site so there is no need to use chemicals to reconstitute the rubber at time of production like most other manufacturers do. This pure, impact-absorbing hypoallergenic 100% natural rubber mattress supports deep restful sleep. Your partner won't feel you moving because the natural rubber absorbs impact. The all-natural rubber mattress is resilient and medium firm. The thin wool wrap for fire retardancy allows us not to use chemical fire retardants, making the content of this mattress completely chemical-free. Handmade in USA since 1997, the mattress is popular with customers suffering from MCS & allergies, with the 7” natural rubber enclosed in 100% organic twill casing and no chemical fire retardants at all.

Free shipping offer applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Freight quote will be provided to all other locations.

Natural Rubber Mattress Handmade in USA

Natural rubber mattress in a strong but soft US-grown organic cotton twill cover. The latex is 100% natural, and wrapped in wool for fire retardancy. Enclosed in US-grown organic cotton twill fabric. Handmade sweatshop-free in USA. Hypoallergenic. Our organic mattress meets federal fire retardancy regulations by virtue of a thin layer of pure raw wool around the 6" natural rubber inside. No doctor's prescription needed.

Rawganique has been offering toxin-free, hypoallergenic organic mattresses that are hand-crafted in USA from the finest raw organic materials since 1997.

Do you want to try out the construction and ensure you can tolerate the material before buying the mattress? You can order a 15”x15”x6” fully enclosed finished cushion made exactly like this mattress below, or here. And it is far more useful than a mere test-drive of the mattress: Use it as versatile home decor cushion, Zabuton for sitting on the floor, or as Meditation pillow.

Our natural rubber mattress does not have the same tendency as natural fibers to compact quickly and form a body imprint groove that over times quickly becomes uncomfortable. The medium-firm natural rubber inside stabilizes and balances the resistance of your mattress filling, as well as distribute the body-weight, even without frequent turning over and shaking up as you would need to do without the natural rubber core.

Natural Rubber
Natural rubber lasts and maintains it's full service for many years, and does not off-gas. It is completely biodegradable, mold- and mildew resistant and antimicrobial, all of which are both valuable and frequently under-appreciated properties for your bedding choice. And better yet, natural latex is temperature-neutral, so it makes you sweat less than the over-hyped foam mattresses. In technical terms, the medium firm Dunlop rubber is considered a C3 class (equivalent to ~32-ILD in Talalay).

Certified Organic US-Cotton
The mattress cover is made of organic US-grown cotton. It is absolutely important to insist on chemical-free cotton for your sleeping environment, which you spend a third of your time on every day. The material you sleep on is pesticide- and insecticide-free, 100% natural fiber, protecting you, the farmers and workers, and the environment in the process over the long life of your mattress.

Natural Fire Retardant
This all-natural mattress uses a layer of about 1.5" of wool crafted around the content to meet federal fire retardancy regulations. The sheep are raised on rotating pastures to prevent overgrazing and resulting erosion, and their wool is completely untreated with chemicals. Wool has traditionally been used as bedding material in many ancient and recent cultures. It is breathable, and naturally anti-microbial and dust mite resistant.

Our organic mattresses are not returnable to ensure that you only get a brand-new, never-used, never-returned organic mattress.
