Tom Beckbe and Mossy Oak were both born from the hardwood bottoms along the Tombigbee River. Given the shared roots, along with a mutual passion for the outdoors, conservation, and tradition, a collaboration was almost inevitable. We’re pleased that day has arrived with a limited run of our acclaimed outerwear and field gear in Mossy Oak Original Bottomland.

The style and durability of this waxed canvas vest made it a finalist in Garden & Gun magazine’s 2017 Made in the South Awards. The Kinsman Vest's durable 6oz waxed, weatherproof shell develops a rich patina while protecting you from inclement weather and thick brush. A cotton liner inspired by Alabama red clay adds a touch of color to the interior, and a stand-up collar lined with Bedford corduroy provides welcome protection from the cold. Two chest hand warmer pockets are perfect for cooler days, while large front bellow pockets provide ample storage and conceal two additional lower hand warmer pockets. Exterior side tabs allow for waist tightening. A durable antique brass zipper and snaps secure the front storm flap.

Model is wearing size Medium. The front length of the vest from high point shoulder is 27.5" for size Medium. For Tall sizes, add 2" to the total length.

Touch up dry or worn areas of your Tom Beckbe waxed vest with our reproofing wax.
