For brands
If we cover your brand, here is what we show, where it comes from, and how to ask us to change it. We want to get it right, and we’re easy to reach: use the form, or write to support@stories-of-one.com.
What we show
Your products. We read your public Shopify storefront, the same catalog any shopper sees, and show your products with their images, prices and a link to buy them from you. We don’t sell anything or take orders.
Our research. We research each brand from public sources, such as your website, certifications, reports and press, and sum it up on your page: the Quick Info card, where you sit on our scale from Artisan to Volume, and any lines we found crossed. How we research and rate brands
What you can ask for
There are two kinds of opt-out.
Remove your catalog. We take your products and images off Stories of One and stop reading your storefront. We do this quickly, and we don’t ask why.
Correct or respond to the research. The research stays up: it describes how the brand works, and readers rely on it being complete. If something is wrong, tell us what and send what shows it, and we’ll correct it. If you see it differently, send a statement and we’ll add your response to your page.
Something else out of date, like your website or name? Ask us to update your details.
How we check it’s you
Before we act on a request, we reply from support@stories-of-one.com to an address at your brand’s own domain, like you@yourbrand.com, and wait for your answer. That way nobody else can remove or change your page. Sending the form from your work email makes this quicker.
Images and trademarks
Hold the rights to an image or mark we show, but aren’t the brand? Send a takedown request as described in our Terms.
